Full automatic from feeding, shelling, sieving kernels, air blowing shells, grading uncuttted and unscooped cashew and automatically reshelling and unscooping then separating kernel, cashew shell and uncutted and unscooped, minized pieces of shell mixed in kernel
All machine in line is machined by cnc technology and manufactured by a team of skilled workers to help the machines in the line have high performance and durability.
Equipped with ball bearings, motors and electrical equipment are imported from Japan, Germany, Taiwan, Korea, China.
The processing stages in the line are separated to help minimize oil contamination in the stages.
The line has a compact design with high productivity, saving space, and it is easy to connect many lines into a labor-saving high-productivity automatic cashew shelling & seperating system.
